Climate Nexus Quarterly — a CAPI publication bridging research, policy, and public understanding.
The Climate Action & Policy Initiative (CAPI) is proud to announce the launch of Climate Nexus Quarterly — Pakistan’s first dedicated e-magazine on climate change action, policy, innovation, and finance.
At a moment when Pakistan stands at the frontlines of climate vulnerability — and at the edge of critical policy, financial, and technological decisions — Climate Nexus Quarterly aims to become the country’s most trusted platform for informed climate dialogue. Our mission is simple: to bridge the gap between rigorous research and public understanding, and between global climate decisions and their on-the-ground implications for Pakistan and the wider Global South.
Our Inaugural Issue (Q1 2026)
Our first edition brings together leading voices on the themes shaping the climate agenda, including:
- Pakistan’s unfolding flood and heat crisis
- The US withdrawal from the Paris Agreement
- Key outcomes from COP29
- The operationalisation of the Loss & Damage Fund
- Emerging carbon market developments
- Climate-smart innovation from the ground up
