“CAPI was founded in 2023 by a team of seasoned climate policy experts and development professionals. The leadership team is comprised of individuals with decades of combined experience in climate change policy, sustainable development, and public sector innovation. The CEO/Director, Dr. Irfan Yousuf, previously served as a climate advisor to the Government of Pakistan, bringing valuable insight into policy processes. The co-founder Mr. Yousuf Khosa has a background in international development, legislation, policies, and programs, having worked with national and multinational organizations. The co-founder Mr. Adil has a background in developing laws, rules, and regulations, advocating climate change initiatives and pioneering several capacity building activities. Under their guidance, CAPI is grown into a reputable platform for research and advocacy in areas such as climate finance, governance, and youth-led development.”

CAPI is a legally incorporated entity under the Companies Act of 2017 as an NPO in Pakistan and operates in full compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, and international standards.
The Company may amend its structure, operations, or framework in accordance with the directives of relevant authorities, including but not limited to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and provincial regulatory bodies.
